MS Project Desktop Prerequisite for Project Managers - 1 day
The goal of this course is to provide project managers the basic skills for using MS Project in a standalone environment. This course is a prerequisite to learning how to us MS Project in a server environment and will focus on the basic steps to creating and modifying project plans using the desktop client MS Project. MS Project Standard Desktop - 2 days
The goal of this course is to provide project managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to use MS Project Standard 2003/2007 as a tool to assist them in managing projects. The topics in this course cover the critical skills necessary to create and modify a project plan file that contains tasks, resources, resource assignments and costs. You will learn how to set the plan and track variances against the plan during project execution. (14 PDU classroom hours)

Project Management Fundamentals - 1 day
This course gives an overview of the basics of project management. It provides the theory and core methodology you will need to manage projects or participate on project teams. This course does not make use of any project management software application, but instead focuses on the conceptual underpinnings that students must know in order to use any project management software application effectively.
