The goal of this course is to provide system administrators the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage Project Server's day-to-day implementation. MS Project Server for Project Managers - 2 days
(Prerequisite: MS Project Desktop for Project Managers 1 day)
The goal of this course is to provide program managers, project managers, project schedulers the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively to create, update & maintain projects using Project Professional in a Project Server environment. Project Managers are taught how to collaborating with Team Members using Project Web Access and maintain their project documents, issues, risks and track key deliverables within Project Server. (14 PDU classroom hours)

MS Project Desktop Prerequisite for Project Managers - 1 day
The goal of this course is to provide project managers the basic skills for using MS Project in a standalone environment. This course is a prerequisite to learning how to us MS Project in a server environment and will focus on the basic steps to creating and modifying project plans using the desktop client MS Project. (7 PDU classroom hours)

MS Project Server for Team Members - ½ day or 1 day
The goal of this course is to provide team members with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively to manage their tasks, report time, and manage their respective issues and documents in a Project Server environment. The length of this course varies depending upon the permissions granted to the team member audience attending. (3.5 PDU classroom hours)

MS Project Server for Resource Managers and Executives - ½ day
The goal of this course is to provide executives and resource managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively to view project reporting data and analyze resource workloads in the project server environment. (3 PDU classroom hours)

MS Office Project Portfolio Server - 3 days
The goal of this course is to provide PMO Directors and Project Administrators an overview of MS Project Portfolio Server and help organizations setup their server environment to identify, analyze and select the project portfolios that best align with their business strategy. In this course, you will learn how to successfully install, configure, and deploy the Microsoft Project Portfolio Server.

MS Project Standard Desktop - 2 days
The goal of this course is to provide project managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to use MS Project Standard 2003/2007 as a tool to assist them in managing projects. The topics in this course cover the critical skills necessary to create and modify a project plan file that contains tasks, resources, resource assignments and costs. You will learn how to set the plan and track variances against the plan during project execution. (14 PDU classroom hours)

Project Management Fundamentals - 1 day
This course gives an overview of the basics of project management. It provides the theory and core methodology you will need to manage projects or participate on project teams. This course does not make use of any project management software application, but instead focuses on the conceptual underpinnings that students must know in order to use any project management software application effectively. (7 PDU classroom hours)
