Patricia is the principal of Avalon Training Group and a Microsoft Certified Trainer. She started the training and consulting practice in 1993 and since 2002 has specialized in Enterprise Project Management. Patricia has been an invaluable resource on an extensive range of Microsoft Project Server implementations that span many industries and vary in design. Patricia’s involvement ranges from facilitating requirements to configuring the environment and conducting customized training for Project Server Administrators and end users. Patricia played an integral part in the largest implementation of Microsoft Project Server in Canada and continues to work with that organization today in a support capacity. Patricia is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in both Project Professional 2007 and Project Server 2007 and is currently teaching the 2010 release.

Giacomo’s experience ranges from configuring the environment to conducting customized training for Project Server Administrators and end users. Giacomo has recently been working in the field of Program Management and making recommendations on the use of EPM tools to manage large scale programs. Giacomo is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in both Project Professional 2007 and Project Server 2007 and is currently teaching the 2010 release.

Linda Hurlbut is a Microsoft Certified trainer and has worked with Avalon Training group for over 15 years and worked in the field of training and development for over 20 years. Linda has been a valued member of the implementation team for an extensive range of Microsoft Project Server implementations. Her primary role has been in training and she brings a breadth of experience into the classroom and has proven herself in many challenging EPM environments. Linda has also been involved in Microsoft Office 2007 suite training to help organizations get over the hurdle as they transition to the new suite of products. Linda is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in both Project Professional 2007 and Project Server 2007 and is currently teaching the 2010 release.
